Fugate Hall houses students who are junior standing and above. The first floor of the apartments are alcohol free, and the second and third floors are designated for students who will turn 21 on or before Aug. 1. Exceptions to the age limit on the second and third floors will be considered. Exception forms can be obtained from the Residence Life Office. For more information on other Residence Life policies, please refer to the Residence Life Handbook and the Fugate Hall Supplemental Handbook.
Fugate Hall has both two and four bedroom floor plans. Each bedroom is furnished with one extra-long twin bed, one small three-drawer dresser, one desk and one desk chair. Each living room is furnished with a one couch, one or two overstuffed chairs, and one end table. Each apartment is standard with stove, full size refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs.
Cable and High-speed internet access are included in every room at no extra charge. Local phone service is free and is delivered via IP lines. This type of setup requires a special phone receiver. These phones will be available to rent from the university at a nominal fee.
