As you are probably aware, Newman University policy mandates that all students live on campus for the first four semesters of enrollment or until the attainment of Junior academic standing unless they are living with a parent or legal guardian within forty miles of campus. Exceptions to this policy are made for students 21 years of age or older at the beginning of the semester, veterans with at least two years of active duty, and part-time students. All students not living on campus must complete a waiver form outlining their circumstances. These forms are available from the Residence Life office.
