eCoach has changed!! Please read the following information carefully.

• Instead of using the Writing Center Schedule and submitting the paper through the Rich Company, please submit your paper via e-mail directly to the coaches at the writing center.
• Send an e-mail to writingcoach@newmanu.edu with the following information:  your contact information, the class, professor, and any notes about what you want the coach to focus on as he/she reads through your paper.
• Click “Browse” to locate the file on your computer and attach your paper.
• Hit "send" to e-mail your paper to the Writing Coach.
• You will receive a response at the email address you provided. If you do not receive a response within 24 business hours, please check your spam folder. Call us at 316-942-4291, ext. 2229 if you have questions.
  
  Please note:

• eCoach responses are sent Monday through Friday only, and it may take several days for you to receive a response.
• The writing coach will make general comments on your project, but  will not make corrections for you.
• The writing coach can only comment on approximately five (double-spaced) pages in a 30-minute session. If your paper is longer than five pages, you may not receive comments on all of it.
• If you do not receive a response from a Writing Coach within 24 business hours, please call ex. 2229 to ensure that your paper was received and is awaiting feedback.
