• teaching and research interests in nutrition, environmental studies, curriculum & program development, pathophysiology, forensic science, primatology, genetics,biological anthropology & biochemistry
• collaboration with allied heath programs to provide specialized basic science courses in anatomy, physiology, terminology and neuroscience in undergraduate and graduate courses
