| The School of Business Advisors
|

Every student with a major in a program of study in the School of Business is assigned a faculty advisor. (NOTE: for freshmen, the student’s initial advisor will usually be the instructor in his or her “T&T” class; as sophomores they may be assigned a different advisor.) That advisor must sign-off on the student’s registration (written or electronic) each term before the student can en roll. In order to ensure advising quality, advising loads are adjusted each year for each member of the faculty. Students should check the posted list of students and advisors outside the School of Business office at the start of each term.
To ensure the highest quality of advising, a student should always make an appointment with his or her advisor to afford the advisor the opportunity to review the student’s file prior to an advising session.
Although there are some exceptions to accommodate advising loads, the following is a list of faculty advisors and their primary area of responsibility:
