Newman Occupational Therapy Student Association (NOTSA)  
The Newman Occupational Therapy Student Association (NOTSA) is a dynamic organization within the Newman and Wichita Community. Students receive exposure to and discuss various issues and concerns that students and therapist face. Recent activities that NOTSA has been involved with include:
  • A mentoring program for New OT students
  • Networking and Socialization activities
  • Kid’s day at the Wichita Zoo
  • Kansas Legislative Day
  • Fundraising for various external groups (Christmas boxes, Fund walks, etc.)
  • Representation at the National American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Conference
  • Newman Health Faire
  • Newman Renaissance Faire
  • Various forums and guest speakers: mental health, community based practice
  • Disability lunch
