Freshman Admission is based on the following criteria:

• A cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or an acceptable GED score
• An ACT composite score of 18 or higher OR A combined verbal, writing and math SAT score of 1290
• A recommended (not required) high school curriculum
  • English - 4 units
  • Math - 3 units (including algebra)
  • Science - 3 units
  • Social science - 3 units

Students are notified by mail of their admission status at the address provided on the application for admission.
