Family Weekend Scheduled for Oct. 5 - 7
Mark your calendars, contact family members and plan to attend Newman's Family Weekend starting with a Tailgate Party at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6 in the parking lot near Wilkins Field. Enjoy the party before the Lady Jets Soccer Team plays St. Mary's University at 7 p.m. Drive-In Movie Night will follow the game at 9 p.m., location to be announced. There will be a family brunch Saturday morning in the Mabee Dining Center. The Art of Food & Drink will take place that evening. See event details below or click here. There will also be a Homerun Derby and Alumni Baseball Game Saturday at 7 p.m. and the "We Can Make You Laugh" Comedy Show at 9 p.m. in the Performance Hall in the De Mattias Fine Arts Center. Sunday, Oct. 7, will include the Lady Jets Soccer Team playing St. Edward's University on Wilkins Field at 1 p.m., a Fall Chorale Concert at 3 p.m. in the Performance Hall in the De Mattias Fine Arts Center and Mass at 7 p.m. in St. John's Chapel. |
