Congratulations to Paul and Rosemary Dugan on their 50th Wedding Anniversary. The couple got married on Dec. 29, 1962 at St. Johns Church in Clonmel, KS. Rosemary is a professional artist and member of Gallery Xll. Paul is an attorney with Dugan and Dugan Law Firm. They have 4 children, Maria, Paul Jr., Annie, and Tom, and 8 grandchildren.
