    Sr. Mary Stella Rosenhamer ASC A'40

    Sacred Heart Academy (1945-1967)
    Mary Stella Rosenhamer, ASC, completed her earthly life the night of Nov. 3, 2010, at the Wichita Center in Wichita, KS,  She was 89.  Stella was born in Wichita and attended St. John's Academy.  She attended high school as a postulant and became an Adorers of the Blood of Christ in 1945.  Instead of attending college Stella's first assignment was to Enid, OK at St. Mary's Hospital to learn the ropes.  She attended business college classes and served in hospital work...

    Thelma Louise Marnell '42 A, SHC '57

    Thelma Louise Marnell, 86, died October 17, 2010.  She taught in Catholic schools and was a Sister at the Adorers of the Blood of Christ in Wichita for 28 years.  She is survived by brother, Paul; several nieces and nephews.

    Christina Ghan '06 MSW

    Newman University (1998-Present)
    Christina Ghan is currently working as a foster care case manager in Springfield, MO.  She has a daughter who is 3 1/2 and a baby due on March 1st.  Thanks for the update Christina!

    Greetings from Kalli Hahn '06 who is currently a 9th and 10th grade English Teacher at Kapuan Mt. Carmel Catholic High School.  Kalli and son, Jonas live in Wichita, KS.

    '71 Richard Klinge's article " Our Challenge as Catholics is to Love Without Measure" appeared in the Sept. 12, 2010 issue of the Sooner Catholic paper.  Richard is associate director for Advocacy, Outreach and Legal Services at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.

    On October 5, 2010, Chanute, KS native and NU '87 Alum, Tad Druart joined Convio, Inc. (CNVO) Chariman and CEO Gene Austin as he rang the NASDAQ Opening Bell on Wall Street. They celebrated Convio's 1,300 nonprofit clients raising $1 billion online in the first nine months of 2010, a 64% increase over the same period a year ago.  More than two dozen nonprofit clients joined Austin for the ceremony.  Druart and others then volunteered at New York area nonprofits to...

    '84, '90 Debbie (Henderson) Viscosi

    Debbie (Henderson) Viscosi moved to Chandler, AZ in August, just days before her daughter Erin Sanagorski began her first week as a freshman at Newman.  The Viscosi's will miss being close by, but plan to return often as Erin will be a member of the NU Bowling Team.

    Greetings from Nick Harris in Tulsa, OK.  He is currently a Regional Product Marketing Manager for U.S. Cellular. Nick was involved with Choir, Theatre and soccer while at Newman and would like to get in touch with some of his former Newman friends... anybody out there?
