    Steps you will need to complete to attend Newman University

    Steps to complete the Financial Aid process

      Apply for a PIN used to electronically sign your FAFSA
      Dependent Students: Both you and a parent whose information will be listed on your FAFSA, will need to apply for a pin
      Submit FAFSA online include Newman University school code 001939
      Note: Renewal FAFSAs are not mailed to students
      Complete any other Financial Aid forms requested by the Financial Aid Office
      Complete the admissions process
      Receive your initial award letter (congratulations!) detailing the types and amounts of financial aid for which you are eligible
      Sign and return your award letter
      Complete necessary loan documents

     

    Complete the Admissions process (New students only)

      Complete the Application for Admission
      Pay the application fee
      Request your official high school transcript or GED results be sent to the Newman University Admissions Office
      Request official copies of all post-secondary transcripts
      Supply, if applicable, ACT/SAT scores

     

    Complete the Enrollment process

      Current Students: Meet with your academic advisor to develop a class schedule
      New Students: Contact Admissions to sign up for an enrollment day
      Register for classes in the Registrar's Office
      Finalize payment arrangements

     

    Important Dates

    January 15 - Deadline for applying for the Community Leadership Scholarship
    March 1 - Priority deadline for filing the FAFSA
