Time: 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Ages: 5-16 Tuition: $70.00
Day Camp is designed, first and foremost, for fun while introducing younger
campers to the basic techniques of soccer through a “Games & Activities Approach
to Learning.”
The games & activities they will play at camp will create an environment
that will develop creativity and problem solving skills, allow for
individual differences, and bring out the game within each child.
Older campers will learn to develop the basic techniques/skills of
soccer: dribbling, ball control, heading, passing & shooting by teaching
in a progressive manner (from simple to complex) and allow the players to
practice these skills, while exposing them to tactical decision making through
small-sided play, such as 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4.
The activities and small-sided games will create an environment that will
develop creativity and problem solving skills, allow for individual differences,
and develop exciting players.
