A combined 21 shots on goal resulted in a scoreless tie between the Newman and Texas A&M International men's soccer teams Sunday afternoon at Wilkins Field. Newman's Stephen Williams made his final game at Wilkins Field a memorable one, posting 10 saves in his second-consecutive shutout.

The Newman men's soccer team came out on the short end of a 1-0 decision in a rare Monday afternoon contest against Texas-Permian Basin at Wilkins Field. Goal keeper Stephen Williams gave up just one goal for the second game in a row, but the Jets offense was unable to score, suffering their fifth-straight shutout.

Wichita, Kan. – The Newman University men’s soccer team scored with 14 seconds remaining but No. 17 St. Edward’s pulled out a 2-1 victory over the Jets Sunday afternoon at Wilkins Field.  It was Senior Day for the Jets, who said goodbye to six student-athletes who played their final match at Newman.
