GreenBelt (methods)

Designed to help the adult learner understand Six Sigma concepts and be able to apply their knowledge to a real problem. It also addresses the challenges of change management and data management.

Green Belt (statistics)

Develop an in-depth understanding of how computers and statistical software are essential components in the business world and society in general for exploring data in dept, data simulation, screening data for errors, manipulating data, performing transformations, focus on the use of the computer and statistical software as a valuable productivity and data analysis tool.

Black Belt

This is an advanced six-credit hour certificate program that can help you. Students will apply the tools and methods learned in the Yellow Belt, Green Belt courses to manage the various phases of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) project plan. Method of study may include: one and two sample t-test; analysis of variance; calculating process yield/rolled throughput yield; usage of continuous probability distributions; correlation usage and sampling methods.
